Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

• I reserve the right to deny any commissions with or without reason.• I reserve the right to post my work on my social medias and use such art for advertising purposes. (I will ask beforehand incase your commission is a surprise gift or something :))• Characters with complex and/or anatomy designs will cost extra.• Do not send multiple commission forms of the same commission. As it may result me assuming that I am being spammed. One is enough.• If there's any minor mistakes made (ie. missed details that were clear on the reference image(s)) once a commission has been completed, I will fix them free of charge. I will NOT make changes if it was a detail that wasn't mentioned or wasn't clear in the references unless you pay for the adjustment.• Major changes to pose must be stated during the sketching progress. These types of changes will not be made after your sketch has been approved.

Payments

• All payments are expected upfront through Paypal invoices in USD.• Split payments are allowed on orders of $150 or more.• I do not do free art, all art for others are paid. The only exceptions are for Giveaways and Art Fight.

Turnaround Time

• I work a real full-time job. I also have a chronic and severe autoimmune inflammatory disease that can get the best of me at times or result in hospitalization. If something unexpected comes up, you will be notified about my situation as soon as possible.• My turn around time tends to change frequently, but from the moment I state that I am beginning your piece or have sent you a sketch, you can expect a turn-around time of 1 Day to 4 weeks for most pieces. Art that includes complex backgrounds can take anywhere between 2-10 months depending on the amount of detail.• Rushing me/pressuring me will not get your order out faster.

Expectations of the Client

• You must fill out your commission form properly and include everything required on the form. If failed to provide all necessary info, your form may be deleted.• Please be descriptive. I appreciate being given "artistic freedom", I also want to gauge what exactly it is you're expecting from this commission. Alternatively, please don't be super picky and hyper specific about all the details. I also understand if you changed your mind on commission details after filling out the commission form, Do not worry, I will contact you before starting.• Common Decency and Respect is expected from my clients. Please treat me, my time, and my skills with respect.• I work a real full-time job and I am a college student. I do not do "rush orders. "• You cannot remove my signature/watermark from the finished piece nor can you alter my images with out my permission.•If you're reading this, click on the paper crane icon at the top of the page and tell me what you think.• You may use your order for references for personal use (other commissions, social media profile pictures/banners, etc,) but cannot be used for monetary gain.(Prints, Stickers, Designs, etc.)• You cannot resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of cryptocurrency.

What to Expect from the Artist

• I will be contacting you to confirm the details of your piece before I start your piece.• The best way to contact me would be through Discord. You can contact me through Twitter or other social medias, but my response time will not be as fast.• Your commission(s) will never be used for monetary gain. (Prints, Stickers, Designs, etc.)• I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or through any form of cryptocurrency.• I will send you updates/WIPs on your order when I have an update to show you.• I will not fix designs at a later date for any reason.

Refunds

• I will only issue a refund in the event that I am unable to complete your piece. A partial refund will be given based upon the amount of work done. I will be keeping the amount equivalent to the work done.• Harassment of the artist or being hostile towards the artist will result in immediate termination of the order, a partial refund depending on the progress of the piece, and being put on the artist's black list.

How to Commission Me!

After The Form

Once I recieve your form, I will message you on one of your listed social medias to confirm the details of your commission. Once confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice with all details included.Once the Invoice is paid, I will begin your sketch and wait for your approval. When you approve the sketch, then the rest of the work will be completed and your art will be on it's way!
